If you are not satisfied with your purchase for some reason and wish to return it to us and receive a refund (excluding shipment and insurance costs) send a written communication to our email within 10 days of your purchase. We will send you all the necessary instructions on how to return the goods.
Items must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received, with their protective packaging and all sales and delivery documents enclosed. Upon receipt, items will be carefully examined to ensure that they have never been worn and are not damaged in any way. Used or damaged goods are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
We reserve the right to refuse packages with delivery costs charged to us. You are responsible for delivery until the parcel is received at our address. We are not responsible for any stolen or damaged parcels. We therefore recommend using a safe and traceable means of delivery (insured express courier or insured mail).
If you exercise his right to a refund as stated above, we will process the refund within a few days but this does not include delivery expenses. This refund policy does not apply to items created specifically for the customer.
